Due to the nature of the services, the service fee cannot be refunded once started. You have 24 hours from the date of purchase or until the style assessment has been sent (or determined rate for Commissioned Work), whichever comes first to cancel your order to receive a refund.

General Terms
If there is an element in the services that you would like me to change, be sure to contact me within 20 days for a FREE revision (relevant to the services purchased) I offer this service to ensure that the items are most accurately to your liking!
Inclusion
All services provided are tailored to be all-inclusive. We do not discriminate based on gender identity or representation. Any services can be provided for anyone and the personal assessment will also be tailored as such. At Sinclair, we want to ensure that all of our customers feel comfortable and confident to use our services all while having their needs met. Do not hesitate to contact me by e-mail if you have any further questions regarding any of the services and the questions asked the personal assessment.
Time Frame
Please ensure to note the lead times in place for each individual service prior to the date that they are required. This ensures all services and revisions can be made in a timely fashion. It is also important to take into consideration any dates that need to be allotted for shipping and handling from the respective websites. Please note, some items may need to be rushed to arrive on time based on the date chosen. It is the customers sole responsibility for any additional shipping fees and possible duties/taxes that may be incurred when choosing express shipping on a merchant’s website.
The ability to rush service is available for an additional fee. This service will cut down lead times by at least 5 business days of the minimum lead time as shown on each respective item.
The time frame of commissioned work will depend on the type of work requested and will be provided after the initial purchase of said Commissioned Work
Commissioned Work
Commissioned work is charged differently than the other services provided at Sinclair. The customer will be charged per outfit as well as on an hourly basis depending on the amount of time allotted for sourcing items, and physical time at the shoot. All additional details will be provided after the purchase of services for Commissioned Work.
Commissioned Work can also be offered at a flat rate after the scope of work has been discussed with all parties. 50% deposit is required at the start of the contract with the other 50% to be paid on the scheduled date of the event.
Liability
Sinclair cannot be responsible for shipping delays, or for potential damaged and defective merchandise, or if the wrong address was provided at the initial point of sale. Sinclair is not responsible for items purchased on behalf of the customer. This may include any additional shipping costs and/or duties and taxes charged by the merchant. Sinclair is only responsible for the services detailed in the item description and will assist with any changes needed regarding those services.
All costs shown do not include the cost of any items chosen by Sinclair. it is the sole responsibility of the customer to purchase the items they so chose unless otherwise agreed upon by both Sinclair and the customer. Additional terms will be provided to the customer if such an agreement does exist.
Some items also include duties and additional taxes after the initial purchase which is the sole responsibility of the customer to purchase. Please ensure to review all terms and conditions prior to purchasing. Sinclair will inform the customer if there is any possibility of duties being charged.
Item Pulls
Depending on the services provided, items are able to be pulled from Sinclairs Styling Inventory. Additional terms with be provided to the customer in the event that an item pull takes place including conditions of the item, care and pull dates.
Grievances
All grievances regarding the purchased items must be dealt directly with the merchant in which the items were purchased. If applicable, Sinclair will assist the customer if a return is required to ensure the process is done within the merchant's terms and conditions.
By completing the purchase, the client hereby agrees to these terms.

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. Additionally, you may be asked to fill out a personal assessment form depending on the services chosen to better help tailor your experience. The assessments are created through a Third-Party Website and are also bound by their own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy The Personal Assessment does not request your personal information and is used solely for the legitimate interests of the Site as stated above.
Changes
we may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practice or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
